Note of the Chairman

At the end of 2005 I decided to establish an office of NKB Archi in Hanoi, Vietnam- an office which would be capable of rising to the challenge of Asian superconstruction. International opportunities to exercise our technical expertise on large scale projects came very quickly, and caused us to expand our team with experts in specific domains of building production: architecture, urbanism, landscape, interiors, structures, civil, mechanical, electrical, cost analysis, site supervision, investment, strategic consultation, business development, furniture design and fabrication…. The projects which we received allowed us to establish our office more permanently, and to develop several strategic locations: Paris, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong.

After three years of studies and realizations of our projects in Asia, our first large built works were inaugurated in 2008-2009, thus proving the real world effectiveness of our team. The two years to come, despite the gloomy forecasts which we hear about daily in the news media, seem very promising with several other large scale projects in progress. 2010 seems to reward the constant work and the permanent involvement of the NKB teams present in Asia and Europe.

The in-depth work done from our beginning until the unveiling of NKB Group now bears fruit. The clients who wanted to work with us when we were just a young company are now the pillars of our success, and we have their full confidence in the development of their projects. Our success is intimately related to theirs and for this we express our gratitude to these large investment and real estate groups, as well as to numerous institutions who daily request our participation in significant projects. We wish you the best in crossing through this difficult economic period and emerging even stronger.
